The customer is responsible for all delivery costs when returning or exchanging an item to Rimcity Wheels this includes all warranty returns.
Rimcity Wheels are not responsible for damage or lost shipments during the returns process.
A 25% restocking fee of the total order will be charged to your account for a returned order, this includes orders refused at the time of delivery.
All cancellations prior to shipment are subject to a 25% of the (total invoice) restocking fee.
Wheel and tyre packages must be properly boxed in the original packaging and sent back fully insured for the replacement cost (total invoice). Rimcity will deny any credit on any damaged returns.
Absolutely no returns will be accepted after the wheel and tyre package has been mounted on a vehicle and driven on. This is deemed as used and Rimcity Wheels do not sell used items.
For customers purchasing wheels alone, once a tyre is mounted there is absolutely no return.
It is the customers responsibility to report any damages within 24 hours of receiving the package.
No claims will be accepted after 24 hours of receipt.
All claims must be packaged in the original packaging without this the package will be deemed as insufficient packaging.
The purchase price at the time of sale is final.
All special order item sales are final (made to order wheels such a 3-piece) This means absolutely no refund on special order items.
No returns after 7 days.
It is the customers obligation to notify Rimcity Wheels at the time of purchase if the vehicle has been modified or lowered as this may affect fitment guidelines.
Any packages sent back freight collect will be refused and credit denied unless prior approval with the authorisation forms completed.
No returns on used or damaged items, kerbed or scratched wheels are classed as damaged and will not refunded.
Warranty will not be honored if any of the following applies. Use of spacer or adapters to make wheels fit, wheels are used for racing applications, wheels are damaged by road hazards and/or accidents regardless of physical chemical, Acid based cleaners used on wheels which discolour the chrome, wheels are not properly installed I.E. wrong lug nuts, studs, valve stems, balancing weight and torque specs. Warranty will also not be covered if the wheels are altered I.E. changing PCD, HUB and OFFSET. It is the fitters obligation to check fitment, nuts/bolts for correct fitment prior to driving the vehicle..
Prices are correct as shown but we reserve the right to make changes when necessary.
All delivery times are given as guidelines and are in no way guaranteed delivery times due to international shipping and customs clearance.
When ordering wheels a customer is deemed to have read,understood and agreed to our terms and conditions.
All wheels are sold with the relevent manufacturers own warranties
